Does not keep. Was moldy within a couple of weeks even though the out date wasn’t for another month. Probably better for a single use event than storing in the fridge.

The cheese cubes are very convenient when you are having guests over for football game or just having an occasional snack from the refrigerator without having to get out the cheese cutter I would like one thing I would like to see them put sharp cheddar in a package like that
