The first time I took this, it wasn't very helpful but after taking it more than once that's when I adjusted to it.

This product works well for my needs. I will definitely purchase again. I enjoy keeping them in my purse to use when needed.

These are amazing! I never let them run out. They help so much and i like the cooling minty effect that they habe as they dissolve and absorb.

Only downside to these guys is that they’re expensive, but they sure do work. I only like the gels as well not the chewable ones.
