Some foods tend to give me gas so bad my husband can't stand it I resolved the issue by trying these they aren't as fast as I would.like but they do the job

They work well most of the time, but occassionally with bad bloating (like caused by a food intolerance or period bloating) they dont quite do the trick. I find taking them before eating an irritating food can prevent bloating entierly with these.
