I suffer from ibs, and after I eat I tend to become very bloated. I've been taking these for a month now and I'm hooked. I haven't experienced any major discomfort like I used to. This has been a life savor.

The gel is effective but only for a couple of hours. Doesn’t help too much with bloating which is a problem I have. For a price you can’t beat to alleviate pain temporarily, it’s worth it.

I take these to get rid of gas. I can't take chewables because they taste nasty but those do the same job. You can buy it at any store and the cost is minimal in comparison to the relief from gas pain that it offers.
