I try to stay on a low carb diet but sometimes it doesn’t work out that way... when I make poor choice this helps relieves the pain and bloating form it!

It’s all the same to me. I buy these just because they are pretty traditional. They are effective and I would recommend. I’m not sure about alternatives but they get the job done if you know what I mean.. haha

These are great! They are very effective and relieve me right away! I would definitely recommend these! You can pick them up at most drug stores. They are small too so they are pretty easy to take compared to huge pills.
