They work well most of the time, but occassionally with bad bloating (like caused by a food intolerance or period bloating) they dont quite do the trick. I find taking them before eating an irritating food can prevent bloating entierly with these.

Honestly, these didn't do much for me. I took them as described on the box but didn't notice a world of difference. I haven't tried any other brands but at this point, I don't think I will. I wouldn't buy again.

These are really effective. The small tablet works great and they give you relief very quickly. The only downside is the packaging with the tablets and individual pop outs. Overall I'm satisfied and would buy again.

I unfortunately have to use this after I eat cheese! BUT it is effective and helpful. It relieves the pain and tension. I use it prn and would recommend it to friends and family.
