[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great product, I've had a long history of acid reflux and bad gas. I've tried using different Gas medicines to help. None of them worked except when I took Gas-X extra strength it's really a god send.

I agree these pills get rid of gas. But you may want to take them on your day off. The reason they get rid of gas is because they make you fart. These pills only target gas in your stomach and force it out. You can't hold it in so grab your water, a fan, some aerosol spray and warn everyone you live with!!

I learned that the active ingredient, simethicone, is an anti-foaming agent and it works by collecting up smaller gas bubbles into a larger bubble so it is easier to expel. This helps with bloating. I've started taking these more when I feel pressure coming on rather than when I eat foods that cause gas, like beans. I've thought if this product wrong before, but know better now. I will always keep this with me. Love the fact the pill is very small. Easy to swallow. Ten minutes or less and all the gas was gone. I'd recommend this product to everyone!!

As soon as I start feeling that discomfort and bloated feeling I always go for the liquid because it works a lot faster, this time I took these small gel tabs and it did the job. I felt that it was more effective than the other products I normally take and I didn't have to wait around for it to start working. Gas-X is the OTC relief I have been looking for!

I’ve been having trouble with feelings of bloating lately and Gas-X seems to be the only thing that helps relieve it. I do wonder, though, why I have little burps that taste like licorice? I’ve noticed this almost every time I take it. It’s very subtle, but definitely noticeable. I wonder if there is anise in any of the ingredients?

Gas and bloating is something I pretty regularly deal with, always have. Most of the time I would just deal with it. But now I'll never have to go back to having that pain again.
