[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] New Years Morning Was So Fun The Family Gathered Around the kitchen With all the Yummy Coffee Additives And It was so Easy to Use But Most of All GREAT COFFEE

Received this product as a gift and after using about 12 times in 10 weeks it will not turn on. I unplugged and waited 2 days and product still wont turn on.
