We got the Mr. Coffee frappe maker for Christmas worked great for a few months now won’t do anything it lights up but will not brew or the blender won’t work

I was given this a Christmas gift in 2021 and it worked amazing! Here I am in June 2022 heartbroken cause it completely stopped working. It only lasted 6 months and I hate that.
