The blended side is so strong, makes the perfect blended ice drink! The frozen fruit definitely gets chopped up easily, very fast to use!

The product warns of this in their instructions, but the consistency of the frappes seem to depend a lot on the amount of sugar. I tried to reduce the amount of sugar in my frappe but it ended up not blending smoothly and instead have clumps of ice and watery coffee separated. So, if you would want to modify frappe recipes this might not be the product for you. However, if you are happy exactly following the recipes it might work.

I was afraid it was going to take up a lot of space and actually it does not! I love that it has the reusable coffee filter! The cups it comes with are perfect!Absolutely no complaints from me! Will never want anything else! 100% everyone that loves iced or frappes like me needs this in their house!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was ecstatic when I saw I was getting this product to test out and boy did it live up to my expectations! I can make frappes that are just as good as the expensive coffee shops for a fraction of the price. I've been making 2 every morning. One for myself and one for my partner who is pretty skeptical with these kinds of machines and he thinks they come out great as well! It takes around 5 minutes to make a frappe and I couldn't be happier. The measurements that it gives you are pretty spot on. I like that it has the bigger side scooper for iced drinks and smaller for hot but it's totally customizable for however strong you like your drinks. The middle part of the blender lid has measurements of up to 3 tablespoons to measure syrup and it makes it super easy to add your favorite flavor without guessing how much youre adding or dirtying another utensil. The machine is truly all in one! The one downside I've noticed is the frappe starts to melt after a few minutes and you have to mix it before every sip to get a blend of ice and coffee. But that's due to the fact that you're not using a frappe base to stabilize the drink like coffee houses do. That's not on the machines part though, I'm sure you can find one online to add if it bothers you that much. I typically sip on my drinks and have them last longer so I just end up putting in the freezer while I'm not sipping it, or I add ice if it's gone all melted. The hot coffee comes out perfect as well! I like how it's podless so you can customize the strength of your coffee to your taste. I've been using 12 oz and 2 full scoops of the smaller hot measurement. It comes out so perfect and is so effortless that I have stopped using my regular pour over coffee maker every morning and just use this one.

It was a little confusing to use at first it took me a few times to get it right but once I figured it all out it was easy. I thought it took Kpods so I got a bunch just to realize it actually took grounds so I just added 2 Kpods opened per cup. Came out perfectly. I would make sure you read the whole user manual before using lol that way you know everything.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the frappe maker side of this machine, and my boyfriend loves the hot coffee option! My only two qualms with this machine is how loud it is, and how soap gets stuck in the black part of the frappe blender part and it's very hard to get it all out. It's been a daily use item in my house. If you want them to taste more store like, sub the milk for coffee creamer of choice.

It’s simple to set up and comes with everything you might need. The instructions are helpful when making your drinks- I gave it 4 stars though because I haven’t been able to figure out the right ratio of ice yet to make my frappes like the Starbucks consistency yet. It takes a bit of trial and error. Overall though it offers a lot of neat options for coffee lovers.

It's convenient to brew and blend in one place, but it does take up more counter space because of it. Not sure how long it will last, feels light weight.
