It does everything I need it to do, it’s perfect for NYC weather if it’s cold I can make hot coffee if it’s hot outside I can make iced coffee and I can make frappes!! It has easy to follow instructions and even has a few recipes. This machine doesn’t take up a lot of counter space and it came with 2 tumblers with measurements and a reusable filter for less wastes. I only wish it wasn’t single serve so that I can make multiple cups at the same time and feel like a barista lol but other than that it’s perfect for me. Just make sure to follow the instructions so that you can get creamy and delicious frappes, it took me a few tries.

It’s a nice idea to use if you are trying to save money instead of going to a coffee shop to buy coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a cool coffee maker where you can make multiple varieties of drinks! The machine is super easy to set up and clean. The process to making the coffee fun where they give you a measuring two sided spoon (one side for hot and one side for cold) for ground coffee and then you add however much water you want for your drink. For frozen coffee, the tiny blender is all you need and using tiny pulses is key to a good texture/consistency. Overall, I am highly satisfied with this coffee maker and am excited to try more recipes, especially using the frozen coffee blender!

Getting a hang of how much coffee grounds to put in is a bit of a learning curve but that's to be expected. The fact that I can make any kind of coffee I want is awesome. I love this.
