It's simple to use and easy to clean as well. It fits nicely on my countertop. I only used the hot coffee feature once as I love the iced coffee and frappe features a bit more! I viewed reviews before receiving this product and hope mine doesn't break down in a few months like others have mentioned! I really enjoy using this machine! So far, so good!

It’s super easy to put together, easy to mix together your ingredients and even easier to take apart and clean. I love how the measuring spoon fits on the side of the unit so you don’t lose it accidentally (we’ve all done that!) The size of the blender is perfect for a delicious hot or iced coffee drink of your choice.

All in all the coffee tasted great and for the price, it’s got a great variety of coffee drink types and size options. Pros: 1. The coffee came out tasting great (with great coffee grounds) , 2. All the included items are great, with the measurements included, there’s really nothing more needed to make a great coffee (besides a frother, if you like frothed milk. And any syrups). Comes with 2 tumblers, lids, and straws, dual-sided coffee scoop for hot and iced coffee, Recipe Book: for frappes, iced and hot “coffee-shop” style drinks, and a reusable filter, 3. Has multiple size options for a small cup to a 16oz cup of coffee, 4. Comes with a handy “cheat sheet” sticker on the lid of the machine and a small “cheat sheet” card for a reminder on how to make each drink, 5. The scooper has an easy grab and put-away spot on the side of the machine. Cons: 1. There’s no indicator for when the brew is complete, besides the light stop flashing, but it still drips for a few minutes after. I wish there was a sound indicator 2. There’s no drip stopper on the brew spout, but there is a drip tray to catch any drips, 3. Not all accessaries are dishwasher safe, 4. It has an automatic blending cycle for the “ideal” frappe consistency but I think the cycle was too long and over blended the frappe, 5. I’m not a big fan of how the lid on the blender opens and closes, it got a little messy.

Its a great idea and love the little tools,cups, recipe book that came along with with the box. But when making the Frappé it doesn't seem like the ice blends right I'm not sure if it's because the certain ice i use it was great drink making it at home i just hope i need to use a different shaped ice to get that perfect Frappé

The Mr.Coffee machine has all the attachments you need, it has a built in blender for the frappe! Also you don't need the fancy single pods to make your coffee, you can use your own. Love this machine and highly recommend it.

I love coffee in every form I got this product because of that. All the ways you can make coffee with this is right up my ally. This has been a really good purchase for me and would recommend to ANYONE. It is also really quiet while brewing and really quick!
