We were hopeful that this would work out for us, but when we got it out of the box, there was a very strong smell of. I don’t know what, so we packaged it back up and took it back without even plugging it in.

only lasted 2 weeks, the oscillating motor became very noisy, then stopped working. will return for a refund. worked great until the oscillating motor died.

Bought it for the features and the remote control thinking ceramic would be better than a fan type heater, and more efficient. Returning it. Does not even warm the space in front of my couch. I have to sit directly in front of it to feel warmth.

Can't feel the heat from 5ft away on high setting! This might suffice if you live in Harry Potter's room under the stairs, but it doesn't heat our small living room worth a crap! Returning for a Dreo!

We bought 2 at the same time, and BOTH overheat and shut off, cleaned vents, still overheat and won’t run more than a couple mins but takes 10 mins to cool down. $120 or so and useless
