I had a salesman that apparently wasn't very knowledgeable. I have a really bad back and wasn't sure if I needed a medium or firm mattress. He had me lay on a firm lux breeze and it felt really good on my back. He said they lay the same. I've had mine for 3 weeks now I have slept on it maybe 3 hours. I went to a recliner first night on it. It was so hard I don't feel like I even made a indition on it. I can not sleep on it. But yet I have to keep it 30 days before I can return it. I've talked with several sales people but they all tell me they are talking to the manager and will call me back. I haven't received the first call back yet. He also had me lay on the smart ergo base with the wave massage I was so excited to be getting that base. Yet he ordered and they brought us out the base with only one massage motor. So it just kind of vibrates. I also called about this and I was told I can't return the base. I'm very very disappointed in Tempura pedic this was my dream to be able to actually afford one of these beds. But I will never again deal with this company. It could of just been a bad salesman but after calling for 3 weeks now. And not one call back from anyone not even the manager. I've had it with the entire transaction. If I can return it all including the base as well. I will purchase something else. Disappointed in Ky.

Fell in love with this bed. Helps provide relief for my bulging L4 L5 disc in my back. Also has helped me to stay in REM sleep longer than before. Oddly enough I've become a back sleep when I was a habitual side sleeper. If we ever need a new mattress, we'll definitely be getting a tempurpedic.

I must say that I was worried at spending this much money on a mattress (only because what would really happened if I didn't like!), but went a head and purchased it. It is the most comfortable mattress I have ever been on. No adjustment needed on my part, fall asleep right away and sleep soundly thru out the night. I will never again think twice about getting a Tempur-Pedic again!

I have had this product since September 2919 . I sleep great in this bed . Probably the best sleep I have had in a long time . I don't wake up sweating (I'm 54) . I'm rating a 4 because only after this short time having the mattress . I feel like it's sinking in the middle .. I the only one sleeping in the bed . I feel like I sink in the middle . It's hard to explain . For the amount of money . This should not be happening.

I've been suffering from sciatica pain and got rid of my pillow top for this firm Tempur-Pedic, and it has made an amazing difference! For a firm mattress, it's surprisingly more comfortable that I anticipated. I recommend the elevating base as well. I'm very pleased with this mattress/base combo!

I bought the split king and I have been very pleased with it. These are the most comfortable mattresses I have ever slept on. I have back problems and my husband has sinus problems and we adjust our beds appropriately and have had no problem since we purchased these. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We had owned a Tempur Pedic for about 15 years before buying this one. Our primary reason for doing the upgrade was to get the split king. My wife suffered tremendously from COVID. The ICU medical team said she would not survive when they removed the ventilator. But the LORD had a different plan and she is with us today. But she can no longer sleep in a flat position. So we needed a bed that would allow her to elevate her chest and head. We tried a less expensive mattress but sent it back after about three months. We bought the Tempur Pedic and now every night is great again.

This is our second temper-pedic mattress. The first mattress we purchased several years ago is now used in our guest bedroom. For some unknown reason, we (wife and I) convinced our self to replace the master bed mattress with a competitors product (air mattress). We had purchased extra bed sheets and even though we never open the package the dealer would not give a reimbursement after 90 days. This was 3-years ago. Big mistake! We had enough sleepless nights and decided to revisit a temper-pedic dealer. Don't we swayed so take my advise and stick with what you know and trust. I was a bit hesitant about spending this much money for a mattress. I'm so glad that my husband talked me into it. It has been worth every penny! We sleep so sound and comfortably, we have a hard time getting up.. But look very forward to my retreat when I get to climb in it each night. Very satisfied!
