Both my wife and I have back issues but this mattress is too firm. For the cost we expected a more comfortable sleep.

After 2 weeks of use, I am getting used to the firmness of the mattress. It definitely eases pains I was having in my lower back!

Still working on adjusting to a Hybrid from an old style coil bed. Had it for 30 days. Sales agent said to give it 30-45 days to adjust.

I like and hate how firm it is. I think we might have to get a topper for this. I need the firmness for my back but it's really firm.
