The day that my new mattress and adjustable base arrived, is the day that my back pain subsided! The excellent medium hybrid mattress gives just the right support and comfort, and the adjustable base allows me to choose just the right positions to alleviate my back pain and allow me a perfect night's sleep. My back and I are VERY grateful to have found this combination.

For me, it does help my back pain because I been having back pain for a long time. This products does help me support my back while i'm sleeping on it. The jury remains out on my new Tempur-Pedic mattress. It replaced a hybrid from another manufacturer in its twelfth year of use that developed uncomfortable strike through to the quite firm support layers. The ProAdapt Hybrid was chosen simply because the in-store sample felt the most comfortable among the several hybrids and others on site. Despite the warning of the break-in requirement in the product literature, I found the first few days of use bordering on intolerable. With a week or two of additional use the mattress is becoming better to sleep on and I'm willing to withhold final judgement pending further break-in. I suspect my prior mattress was softer overall (and I'm older and creakier now), but I fondly recall the wonderful, enveloping support it provided during and after break-in. None of the in-store options at Mattress Firm offered this and, in the end, I may pursue adding a topper to try to recapture the feel of the prior mattress.

The mattress that we tested in the store was soft and comfortable. The mattress we received is like laying on a piece of plywood, and it's been 2 months. Tempurpedic is completely unwilling to do anything about this either telling me I have to use the free 90 trial which you only get one exchange to get a new mattress.

We went with a medium thinking it was the same firmness as our first. It was not!! But there was no problem switching it to the firm, excellent customer service, by the way, and the second mattress shipped within days. It's just right, not too firm not too soft. Best sleep experience, really could not be happier. Thank you Tempur-Pedic!

Our original was still under warranty, so we upgraded to this model. We are so satisfied!! My husband's back/neck are not bothering him anymore. We get a full night's comfortable, cool sleep. We have recommended this mattress to our family and friends. We are also impressed with the delivery company!

It's pretty clear that my husband and I LOVE this brand, all around! Before we had decided to buy the ProAdapt Firm mattress, we used one of the first models of the Cloud and enjoyed it for almost ten years. After purchasing the ProAdapt, we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the mattress pad and covering provided, and are confident to say that it is worth every penny spent! The Firm hardness is perfect for the both of us and we've had no trouble sleeping since. While in the process of moving house, we had a problem and had to utilize the mattress warranty. The customer strive was very responsive and was quick to replace the product with pickup included. The delivery guys were also very friendly. We would definitely buy from them again.
