This mattress gives the support with the comfort needed when arms and shoulders hurt from sleeping on your side. It does not completely cure all of the hurting , but it is better than the Serta I comfort mattress we had been sleeping on the last five years. It is soft with a firm under lay that keeps you on a level plain. I didn't think it would be better than what we had, but I was wrong. This mattress has improved my night sleep. I was shopping around in stores for the perfect mattress when I tried the Tempur ProAdapt Medium Hybrid. As soon as I laid down on the store mattress, I knew this was the one. I've had this mattress for about a month and it's been amazing. The mattress is the perfect balance of firm and soft that I was looking for. I have a lot of pain in my hips and this mattress really has been helping out with that. If you're looking for a perfectly balanced mattress, this is it.

This is my fourth Tempurpedic since 2006. The first one I gave to a friends, and the next two are in my guest rooms. I just got the proAdapt firm and it is my favorite yet. Every Tempurpedic mattress I have ever owned has been absolute quality and enjoyment. The firm is my favorite because I go to bed with body aches and pains and wake up pain free.

Not only did we pick the right size (king), but we also selected the best, most bought mattress in the USA. We also loved the fact the it is made in Kentucky (where my husband is from). We had no idea that we could sleep so soundly EVERY night. Sometimes we go to bed early because it is so comfortable. I find myself taking a nap on it instead of the couch. This mattress is quality made and should be the last we have to buy.

The mattress is very good and we decided to buy the matching pillows. The wrong pillows were sent, because while I was shopping the pillows reset to the default of queen size instead of king size. The representative told me too bad and no returns or replacements.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress solved my knee and back pain issues! It was a little firmer (hard) to start but quickly softened up to the right firmness for me. It's great regardless of the position you sleep in. I use a CPAP and was still stopping breathing more than my Doctor liked. After I started sleeping on this mattress, my events per night reduced greatly and are now within acceptable limits! Best nights sleep you can get! I look at his as an investment to better sleep and better health!

This mattress for a 275 pound man is perfect. I was falling within my Serta iComfort Series and the Temperpedic Pro Adapt has better support and the Serta was broken in for 5 years the Serta was causing back pain. The Temperpedic seems to be broken in already after 3 weeks but it is the Firm model and seems to give a more even cushioning it has gotten a little softer where I press my weight though. It is very comfortable.

Ok people, I'm 22 years old. I've slept in three beds in my entire life. Obviously started out in a crib, moved to a twin and slept on that same mattress until about 19. Moved in with my fiance and sleeping in a king mattress until May 11th 2020 when our Split King Pro-Adapt mattresses finally arrived! We both got to the point where we were having a lot of problems in our old mattress. He has sciatic nerve issues occasionally and is always tossing and turning. I am a very light sleeper and was barely sleeping the last 3 weeks before our new mattress was delivered. The nerves in my lower legs also seem to go crazy when I am laying down so any type of movement from my fiance makes it that much more stressful especially when he thinks he has to launch hmself in and out of bed in the middle of the night lol. It was miserable! We decided to get a firm split king because of our different needs though we both wanted a firm mattress and I had read previous reviews where some people no longer felt their partner move around so that really made me want a split king. We decided to pair it with the Ergo adjustable base (Separate review.. life changing) and it took over a month to get everything delivered but finally low and behold we are sleeping better! Love me a firm mattress! Our old one just felt too soft and I couldn't seem to find a position where my body truley felt relaxed. I barely feel him moving around and the nerves in my legs have calmed down so much I would assume due to now I sleep wih the bottom end of the mattress lifted (Thanks Ergo base)! I have been sleeping better though still having some issues on night where I just can't sleep. I am getting ready to buy some new pillows from here that I think will work with the mattress and base and completely fix all of my problems! If you get a firm, once you set it up, it will feel really hard but don't be alarmed! That will change when it warms up to the temp of the room. When we set it up and sat on it, we looked at each other like uhhhhhhh this is like laying on cement and we were hoping we didn't just make a giant mistake lol but nope it was perfect once it warmed up! Only thing that kind of sucks is that I read you shouldn't use heated blankets on the mattress. I have been using a heated blanket the passed 2 years since my feet can't ever get warm. They are always freezing cold at night and would cramp up in the middle of the night so I'm having a lot more cramping now but it's a small price to pay. I think I just need a better comforter. Overall, I love this mattress and am trying to convince my parents they should get one too! Was well worth the money! You spend a big portion of your life in bed. Might as well be comfy! All of my future bed products will now be purchased through Tempur-Pedic!

I have Back problems, osteoporosis arthritis in my hips and occasional bursitis in my shoulders. I have a severe case of cyatica and I needed a new bed to sleep on because I could not sleep on my old one I was waking up in too much pain so with the temper pedic and an adjustable base I am able to sleep again in bed with no pain and I'm comfortable.
