It's pretty clear that my husband and I LOVE this brand, all around! Before we had decided to buy the ProAdapt Firm mattress, we used one of the first models of the Cloud and enjoyed it for almost ten years. After purchasing the ProAdapt, we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the mattress pad and covering provided, and are confident to say that it is worth every penny spent! The Firm hardness is perfect for the both of us and we've had no trouble sleeping since. While in the process of moving house, we had a problem and had to utilize the mattress warranty. The customer strive was very responsive and was quick to replace the product with pickup included. The delivery guys were also very friendly. We would definitely buy from them again.

As I approach middle-age I find a comfortable bed to be more and more important. I've had a sleep number bed with a 4 inch memory foam mattress for about the last eight years. Lately it was losing inflation and I had back pain after a nights sleep. I didn't think I could find something more comfortable, but I was wrong. This bed doesn't sleep hot. And I'm happy that I was able to find a soft mattress. The only complaint I have really, is that there aren't more soft mattress options among the Tempurpedic products.

This mattress is way too hard it's like you sleeping on top of a exam table. They tell me was hard because it wasn't broken so they told me I need to walked on it so I did for weeks then they told me it was hard because my house was cool so I put a heating blanket on it I've had it nine months and the bed is just as hard as the day buy it... I HATE this mattress.....

There are less expensive mattresses out there but if you want the ultimate in comfort and quality, Tempur-Pedic is absolutely the 'Gold Standard'. I'm a light (110 lbs) side sleeper with mild lower back pain. Initially I bought the classic medium thinking it would be the best fit for my needs, however within a few weeks it felt like it was sinking so I exchanged it for the Pro Adopt Firm. At first I thought I made a huge mistake because it felt like I was sleeping on a board and gave me shoulder pain but after 3 months it is a dream!! I was worried it would continue to bother my shoulders but now I don't have any pain with all the comfort of a firm mattress. If you like a firm mattress and have lower back pain this is for you but you must give it the full 90 days to adapt to your body. It's a firm cloud that will last!

My husband and I purchased the pro-adapt mattress. My husband works on cars and I'm in the dental field so we strain our bodies everyday. We get regular massages but our back always seemed to ache.
