It takes some getting use to. I also purchased the adjustable base which is a game changer. I'm not sure if I am sleeping better just yet at two months but for the cost I hope to fully enjoy my new mattress & base. I love the firm mattress, and the adjustable base was a great addition though the legs could be a bit more sturdy.

We love it! Very comfortable. Great for my back and good nights sleep. The only complaint is we have a terrible time keep the two twin beds together. It's best you purchase the frame and head bound at the time of purchase. We requested a queen size. The salesman told it was. It was really king size bed. Which takes up too much room.

It has caused me back and neck pain. I can't get to sleep at night because it is so uncomfortable. I have slept in the back of a pickup truck when I was younger when we went camping that was more comfortable. I regret the day that I purchased this over priced horrible mattress. I'm sure temper - pedic will not do anything about it. Once you buy it it's yours forever and ever.

OMG when I tell you, it's the best night's rest you will ever get, this mattress fits my comfort so well. Other mattresses I have used in the past left my entire body sore the next morning. Now I wake up without pain. I couldn't wait to return from vacay to get in my bed. Oh, what a night I had. The only thing I'm unhappy about is that I did not purchase the one that goes up and down. I suffer from back pain, sleep apnea, and I am a side sleeper. This mattress has definitely made a difference in a getting a great nights sleep! I highly recommend. I love that I don't wake up hot in the middle of the night. My husband and I initially tried a different brand mattress and only had it for a month before returning it. We decided upon the tempur-pedic adapt hybrid medium. I am extremely happy with our purchase!!

Relative to other beds and based on timeframe (6mths as of nov 2022) proadapt med hybrid is the best bed for pressure relief with support that i have found. I dont like the slow sink of the all memory foam bed and this hybrid counters that effect nicely. I am side sleeper predominantly, 235 lbs and need some give in the bed w/o sinking my hips (hammock effect) this bed has performed very well to date. I changed my mattress protector and sheets to bamboo which help diminish any hot spots that I was experiencing with cotton sheets and the tempur mattress. Although i didnt want to pay this much for a bed .... thus far it has been a great purchase well worth the money if i can get 10 years out of it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's only been a week since we purchased the ProAdapt, so far, so good. This mattress is great if you like a Firm mattress. When Tempur-Pedic says Firm, they really do mean Firm. It may take a few nights of sleep, to get use it. One thing that really made a difference, we purchased the Tempur-Pedic sheets. Cool and comfortable.

This is our second Tempur-pedic in the last 20 years. Both have been great. If you want a great night's sleep and alot fewer aches and pains this is the only way to go. In fact our old Tempur pedic and bases had alot of life left in them and our daughter and her husband loved it. So now they have it and couldn't be happier.

The Hybrid Pro Adapt has made sleeping more pleasant (even the dog loves it). The adjustments on the split version keeps everyone in a position they prefer. Who knew I could sleep in so many positions with comfort. The only thing we do not like ...... that we didn't have it 20 years ago !!!

only been about 3 weeks & not regretting; firmness is great but contouring is even better! once we followed recommendation of fitted sheets w/elastic all the way around, slipping/sliding of sheets become much less noticeable during husband's movement
