I have hip & shoulder problems and this mattress allows me to sleep so comfortably throughout the night now! I love how it supports my whole body! We also have their amazing pillows too! Highly Recommend It!

Purchased our Pro Adapt Firm to replace a Tempur-Pedic purchased in 2004 ...I had spinal fusion surgery then and bought it on my Doctors recommendation...my wife recently had a similar back surgery and we decided to retire our old mattress and get a new upgrade with an Ease Base...we continue to be happy and comfortable...especially our backs...Count us VERY SATISFIED Customers...

Our previous queen mattress was also a Tempurpedic and we had that one for seventeen years. We can't say enough about the level of comfort the Tempurpedic provides. Shortly after purchasing the Queen Mattress, we also purchased a Supreme Medium Topper for our guest futon since we want our guests to be as comfortable as we are.

We purchased a Temper-pro-adapt mattress a month ago. I love It! I suffered back and neck problems from 2 car accidents from over 25 years ago but not no more!!! Now I can move my back and neck!! Thank you for a miracle mattress! The mattress is worth every penny!

I purchased the soft model of this mattress because I don't like firm and I have the mattress for almost 4 weeks now and it's still so firm they told me to give some time to adjust but I have more back pain ever sense I start sleeping on it. This mattress plus base cost over $4k and it's not comfortable at all will definitely return it.

I bought the pro-adapt after trying several other mattresses over the past 3 years. I have arthritis and some fibromyalgia and have tried my best to use diet and exercise to manage it, but I was feeling worse and worse each morning. I was trying not to spend as much money but the mattress I purchased 3 yrs ago was a firm plush regular style and I knew after about a year that it wasn't working. I thought I'd get used to it....not! Finally decided I needed a new mattress and this time it would be super firm. I went and tried as many as I could and when I layed on the tempurpedic I didn't want to get up. I was encouraged to take 15-20 min to see if it was for me. I was also encouraged to get the medium but I was convinced I needed the firm. Unless you have back/bone issues that like the firm, I would definitely get the medium. I ended up getting a 3" tempurpedic topper until the mattress is fully broken in. I wake up with about 85-90% less pain and stiffness! I'd definitely recommend if you have any pressure point issues too. It's like a warm hug to my bones, but with lots of support so I feel like I've sunk into a cushioned yet firm mattress cloud! Best purchase by far!

After trying out almost every mattress in our local mattress store; our favorite was the Tempur-Pedic Pro Adapt Firm. My boyfriend and I have been using it for almost 2 months now. We truly sleep like babies on it. We love the firm construction that feels like it cups your entire body, ever so slightly, without that sinking-in feeling. Even sitting up on it makes me fall asleep. The only downside is that the material, unfortunately, DOES make you sweat. Nevertheless, I would still recommend it. I'll deal with a little sweat, for the most comfortable night's sleep ever...

delivery was not acceptable... had to reset and i gave them a cash bonus without knowing they did not do it correctly nor assist with placing wires under bed into brackets. I still have not completed this task yet. they did not place wiring under bed and wires are dragging on floor not as comfortable as expected or not any real improvement in the mattress I had before. I did have a tempur pedic mattress pad on top of my mattress I used prior. I just do not see or feel the difference for pricing.

The mattress that we tested in the store was soft and comfortable. The mattress we received is like laying on a piece of plywood, and it's been 2 months. Tempurpedic is completely unwilling to do anything about this either telling me I have to use the free 90 trial which you only get one exchange to get a new mattress.

The warranty process was pretty easy, very friendly and helpful support! I love the new mattress! Just under 10 years my old Advantage began to not support me and sag. I called and followed their directions and in less than two weeks I have my new mattress! I have been sleeping on it now for about a month and it is wonderful. I did notice the "smell" but it was not that bad, I can still smell it when I change the sheets but thats it!!! Sleeping like a baby now! I have noticed that it is quite abit cooler sleeping than my old Advantage. One negative I have about the ProAdapt is NONE of my old sheets fit it, the matt​re​ss is very thick. I had to purchase (BOGO) from Tempurpedic but I guess it was time to get new sheets anyways. They were over 5 years old :)
