Thick and very large. The ones in the plastic box with the lid were already dry but the ones from the refills were very moist. Did not irritate my baby's skin.

I like this wipe better than other Pampers wipes because it's gentle on my daughter's very sensitive skin. I don't like it as well as BJ's brand wipes because that store brand seems a lot wetter so you need fewer wipes to get the job done.
