Bought this dishwasher in December and it has been a real treat. First and foremost, the look is sleek, modern and premium. The LED lighting, seems like a superficial function, but I realized how much I was sacrificing with my old Dishwasher that didn’t have it (iphone light and all!). The clean is a premium clean, but the dry is the best I’ve ever experienced. This is the dishwasher of dishwashers, anyone that is considering buying one, should consider buying this one. It is a great product, I am very happy with it. Busy mom’s got no time to rewash or redry my dishes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is great now that it is installed. But the install took a month and 3 visits. It was not originally delivered with the installation kit that was included in my order. The responsibility then fell on me to coordinate any additional install/service calls even though I had paid for the install kit and the labor to do the install. They have no process to account for this scenario. And so the dishwasher sat in my garage for a month while I made several calls and had several service techs show up with no install kit. I don't understand why LG would spend so much time developing, marketing and selling great products only to partner with sub-standard delivery and installation providers. It really taints the entire experience. And while the product itself is great (quiet, does the job, cool third shelf, and looks great), there is no way that I can recommend this product unless you buy the install kit separately and install yourself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A bit early yet, but so far so good. The interior light is unexpected surprise. Instructions for the features are not real good. In fact frustrating. It is quiet, although the extra sound deadening roll that came with it is not good. Rolled up very tight and awkward to install. Also binds the door up. Probably going to remove it. Really like the 1 hour feature and the dishes are clean.

I bought it for two months now. The layout and capacity is great. I was able to load my dishes and pots and pans with ease. The third tray was a plus. The washer cycle seems to take a long time. There is only a 1 hour wash and everything else is 2.5 hours. It seemed ridiculous to take that long.

Inside has plenty of space for a variety of dish sizes, and the 3rd shelf is super convenient. This thing really cleans! The only reason it's not a 5 star is because the wash and dry in an hour doesn't have the best drying ability. We've had to set additional dry time.

I purchased this dishwasher on September 7 and it has not Worked since installation LG Repair Man has been here three times and now they just ordered a new computer board first time I’ve ever ordered an LG product. I’m not sure I will buy another one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this product in June. It worked for two months and then threw and error code AE, even though inspection revealed no leaks. The dishwasher would not reset and will not function with the AE code still active. Allegedly LG service is showing up at some point to look at it. Even if they do show up and fix it, it is unacceptable for a product to brick itself in under 2 months. I've owned other dishwashers and never had a problem like this, which, I think, indicates the poor quality control at LG. In short, this is the worst dishwasher I've ever owned, although since it is completely non-functional at the moment, it's a bit of a stretch to even call it a dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE MY NEW SMART TOP CONTROL WITH 1-HOUR WASH & DRY QUADWASH PRO TRUESTEAM AND DYNAMIC HEAT DRY DISHWASHER, EVEN THOUGH I HAS TO SEND A REPAIR REQUEST IN ALREADY FOR THE TOP RACK ASSEMBLE THAT HOLDS THE SPOONS AND FORKS WHICH BROKE AND NEEDED REPLACING.

Review: I really wanted to love this dishwasher, but it has some serious flaws that make it hard to recommend. Pros: • Dries significantly better than the Bosch Benchmark. Cons: • The second rack rails keep failing. The bearings fall out, making the rack unusable. Running the sanitize cycle seems to warp the metal rails, worsening the issue. • Unclear if the sanitize function works. The manual states that the sanitize light should remain lit after a successful cycle, but mine has never stayed on. Since my model has a pocket handle, I suspect it might be a programming issue where the indicator is only visible on top-control models. • LG replaced my unit, but the new one had the exact same issues. I ultimately returned it and switched to the Bosch Benchmark. While the Bosch is sturdier, it does not dry nearly as well as the LG. I really liked this dishwasher’s drying performance, but reliability is a major concern—especially when sanitization for baby bottles is a priority. Hopefully, LG addresses these issues in future models because I would love to return to it if they do.
