Nice and sturdy

We wanted something for winter boots and shoes. This was excellent choice as it is versatile. We got two units and removed middle shelves to allow boot height. Then connected middle shelves between the units. So we have a longer not higher boot/shoe rack. Shelve are deep actually fitting the boots. Boots bottom shelf and shoes top. Each unit nicely holds two pairs adult full size winter boots on bottom ( mid shelf removed) and three pairs adult men's shoes. Two units, using mid shelves to connected between unit allows six pairs adult winter boot across bottom and nine sets of shoes across top. Also, super easy to assemble. Easy to clean. Lite weight. Folds up for storage. Sturdy, solid, wide shelves.

It took quite awhile to receive the shoe racks, and then to face the disappointment of the color...purple? And that the one we opened was scratched up, missing a rubber piece on one of the shelves...more disappointment. My son did say it seemed sturdy. But definitely not the look we wanted. We will be returning the two units we ordered.

Looks nice. Thought it would be larger for more shoes. Feels a bit over priced.

Not as well built as I thought it would be.

I bought 3. Two I double stacked and have all of my daughters school supplies organized for online. The other one I use for my kitchen. Very good quality and very sturdy. Doesnt wobble or sway.

My 11 year old daughter set it up within 10 minutes. Looks great, sturdy, went back and ordered 2 more to replace an older one in different closet, awesome design for combination use if you want to attach few together.

Overall very happy with this shoe rack. We bought one in store and then added another for on top. Aesthetically it’s very pleasing and overall sturdy, but one of the top pieces broke off and I have no way of contacting company for replacement as paperwork/instructions were tossed after assembly. Is there a customer service number I can call?
