I don’t normally write reviews but I just had to for these tires. They have brought and my family home same time and time again. I actually bought these tires used off Facebook marketplace (decent bit of tread over the winter wear tread marker) for my 2003 Lexus ES300 with fair expectations. But I can wholeheartedly say these tires definitely SURPASSED my expectations. They transformed my FWD sedan into a winter beast. Slush, deep snow, even some ice you name it. I’ve driven in all winter conditions and haven’t experienced anything under stellar traction. These tires have given me the confidence to venture out in my vehicle in the snow. I no longer feel the need to stay home when it’s bad out or take my AWD SUV. These tires have been a game changer and life saver. If you think you need AWD, think again - you just need the right tire. Michelin X Ice. Michelin has me as a customer for life. I will definitely purchase them again, new. Almost 30cm+ in as of now in the snowstorm of January 25 2026 and I was able to get out of and into my driveway on a slope with minimal effort. Buy these and don’t twice !

I bought these snow tires and put them on my RWD Camaro, and despite being a Camaro in the snow, thanks to these tires, it was better than most of my friends' AWD cars. Highly recommended.

These tires handle well in temperate 60 degree Winter temps. as well as they handle the four weeks below freezing with nine inches of snow followed by ice! One morning I had to hold onto the car to keep from falling in the ice covered parking lot that I had just driven into (and backed upgrade into my parking spot).They are outstanding tires. This is my second set in seven years.

Made weekly trips to Halifax in winter of 2025/2026 and was very happy how it handled the unpredictable road/highway conditions through the Cobequid Pass and how quiet they were at highway speeds compared to others. Have since traded in that vehicle and sold that set and bought a brand new set for my new vehicle.

These X-Ice Snow tires. These tires have great stability. They are very effectiveness. The installation is very easy to do. They are great for braking on the snow.

I’ve been using the Michelin X-Ice Snow tires for about three months now, and overall I’m very satisfied with their performance. With the amount of snow and ice we’ve had, the traction and performance have been great. Braking and cornering feel confident, and the vehicle remains stable even in harsher winter conditions. Road noise is low for a winter tire, and the ride is smooth and predictable in cold temperatures. Fuel economy impact appears minimal, which is a plus for daily driving. So far, wear looks even across all tires. Based on my experience to date, I would recommend the X-Ice Snow to other drivers looking for dependable winter performance.

I think these tires are perfect. I have RWD Cadillac, and my winter experience was awesome. It gives very nice control at mid snow depth, and still can let you our in high depth snow. It is a top brand, and it gives you exactly what you are expecting to get.

I have the latest Michelin IceX and if anything, traction and grip seem not as good as previous versions of this tire. I drive an Audi All Road and am surprised, this winter, when I go around a corner at a reasonable speed and experience some fish tailing. Still I love that the tire is the quietest snow tire, and when starting from a standing stop I can always move forward.
