Hurley Trek Hybrid Shorts exceeded my expectations. They fit true to size in the waist, as well as in the length, coming in at just above the knee. Front pockets are well positioned and deep enough to be useful. Stitching was adequate with no frayed ends or loose threads. Back pocket left is a fake pocket, while the right pocket is a true functional pocket. There is a zippered small pocket on the left thigh area, which likely will be of little use. The shorts waistband is made of a stretchy elastic like material, which is the nicest part, allowing a perfect fit even if you gain or lose a few pounds. Product is well fit in the buttocks area, as well as in the groin, with no tight fitting or stretching areas. Would recommend!

I love these shorts! The waist fit is true to size with a great length for sporting events or lounging around the house. After multiple washes, the color has not faded and the fabric still looks brand new. These shorts are great for the golf course with the five pockets! They are light weight and breathable and pair well with both t-shirts or polos.

Amazing shorts! Light material and easy packing! Great length and a little stretch in the waist. Great shorts for multiple occasions. Need a new pair of shorts..buy these and you will be back for a second and third pair!

These shorts are the best. Super comfortable and breathable. They look nice and can wear them to work or to go golfing. I probably buy more of these in the near future for next summer. Highly recommend.

I love these Hurley shorts, they are really meant for doing anything. They look sharp enough to put on a collar shirt and head to dinner but also are the type of fabric that could easily be worked out in.

Great, comfy shorts. Can wear these dressed up or casual. The material is very breathable and not constricting at all. Wore these shorts on the golf course and they felt amazing, did not hamper my swing at all. Great universal pair of shorts for many different occasions.

The shorts were nice. Not true to size, on the smaller side. The shipping and customer service is what earned a 3 star review. They took over a month to receive, we received them the day we were leaving on vacation. When I reached out to customer service I was told there was nothing that could be done and hung up.

Nice material however the short run very small. 38 was more like a 36. Online it said not available in store and that they only had 38 or 42 went to store and they had sz40 in stock. Why did they say only available online with shipping. Returned them and bought a different brand that are made to the correct size.

First, I bought a pair of the tan colored shorts. They were great - great price, great fit, SUPER COMFORTABLE because the fabric has some stretch to it. I liked them so much that I ordered the blue and grey colors. Someone who understands sewing and how to make clothes would know exactly how to describe what the problem is. I, on the other hand, will say this - something ain’t right with how the blue and grey shorts are sewn together. lol Seriously uncomfortable! The seam in the rear has a strange kind of curve to it that makes the shorts feel like they’re twisted. To put it another way, assume your butt crack is a straight line from top to bottom. The seam that I am taking about should also run straight down your butt, just like the crack. Nope! The seam runs along the crack for a while, but then it takes a detour and runs along side the butt crack. A little further down, the seam shifts back towards the center. Hopefully, you are painting a lovely mental picture of some shifty, twisted, really uncomfortable shorts that I guess weren’t sewn together properly. Anyway, the grey shorts have the same problem. I really wish they all fit like the tan ones. They’re awesome. Something else I noticed - the center belt loops in the rear of the tan shorts are a little over 3” apart, the blue shorts are a little closer together, and the loops on the grey shorts are only about 1.5” apart. So, what? Exactly! I don’t know if it has anything to do with why the shorts are so uncomfortable, but it’s kind of odd that the exact same shorts in the same size have such a difference. Who knows? The bottom line is, if your butt crack is curved instead of straight, you’re going to love these shorts!!!

I purchased 2 in store and they fit perfectly. Ordered 2 online and they did not fit at all they were too small!
