Bought this when they was calling for a major ice storm with expected power outages. Quick and easy setup and break in procedures. Start up was super simple with the electric start. Having options for dual fuel choices is truly amazing to have and convenient. Running the unit was quieter than I expected especially with the power demand I required. The unit is light and easy to move around with the wheels that are built on. I would recommend this product to anyone.

This has been one of the best investments I have ever made. We have a remote ranch we stay regularly at with no power and this is what we use for our RV. It’s extremely quiet and fuel efficient. We service regularly and has given us no problems. We put 607 hours on it so far and has not missed a beat. We have a smaller 2000 generator for camp and it is equally impressive. I bought this generator to run our gas furnace during power outages. Works great, reliable and was able to install a transfer switch to run all refrigerators and deep freezers as well as as several lights. Very reliable. The propane option is great. No need for messing with gas. Money well spent.

i bought my generator just before a hurricane knocked out power for about a week. the generator worked as promised. the best part was the quiet. hardly anyone passing by knew i had a running generator. it was simple to operate which is good considering my lack of knowledge on power equipment.
