I feel like it is cheaper just to pop a cup in the microwave in a lunch bag. You have no oil so it’s a little less in calories and you can control the salt. Overall, it’s a good product. I would definitely purchase for a party/get together for convenience.

It is also great on calories for the serving size if you are on a calorie deficit such as myself. I like that they do not get stale right away once you open the bag.
