I bought this for my 90 year old mother, who complained that her mattress is too firm. She awoke every morning with a lot of bone and muscle pain. This topper added a layer of softness and it seems to have solved some of her issues.

I actually felt refreshed and energized after the good nights sleep. Some of the great features are the gel memory foam which responds to every part of your body. The cover helps you stay cool as well. I also like that it has a surface guard to protect against allergies. So many great features but especially since it comes from a brand I know and trust. I would definitely recommend it if want a great nights rest.

The topper molds to your body and snaps back into shape immediately. It feels so soft too. The cover is nice and fits over the topper and mattress perfectly. The cover is made with quality in mind it is made with strong material and stitching that will last. I love that it has an extra elastic band on all four corners that tuck underneath the mattress to keep the topper and cover carefully in place. I have slept very comfortably and soundly since putting the Sealy mattress topper and cover on my bed. The topper also has a cooling effect that really works I have not woke up because of night sweats since putting the cover and topper on my mattress. I don't know if the cool gel actually works yet but I will update if I have a problem. So far my only complaint is lack of instructions anywhere! Nothing on the box no small slip of paper nothing. When I first opened the pad it was so small I thought for sure I was sent a twin instead of a queen yet I could not confirm the size anywhere! I do like the pas that covers the pad and the straps are long enough to go under my x-deep mattress.
