Outstanding!

Wasn't sure about the tread design but I listened to the tire dealers advise. He was right, they are quiet, great traction, outstanding warranty and really cool looking. I would buy these tires again and I'm very particular when it comes to my vehicles.

Awesome wear and year around performance

After multiple sets of other brands wearing out in 25-30,000 miles on my Teslas, these currently have 56,000 on them and will easily make the 60,000 mile warranty. In addition, they have been at fantastic summer driving and winter snow tire, as I live a 9100' in the middle of Colorado ski country.

Lower MPG

I was averaging 40 to 41 miles per gallon in my RAV4 hybrid Limited with the OEM tires. I just installed a set of Michelin CrossClimate 2 tires. These handle better than the OEM and are more surefooted on mountain roads. I read other CrossClimate2 owners were getting lower mpg so I raised the inflation 4 psi over the recommended pressure to see if that would help. Even with the higher pressure I’m now consistently averaging 34.5 MPG. 15% lower. EV’s and hybrid’s get a triple hit from high rolling resistance tires like the CrossClimate 2. First when running on gas only, Second from faster battery drain while using battery power only and a third from a loss in regeneration to recharge the battery when coasting or braking.

jbassoc, you make some good points, also new tires having full tread depth will have more grip and rolling resistance in comparison to worn tires.  As the new tires wear, the rolling resistance decreases.  Over the life of the tires, all things being equal, the fuel efficiency should improve. In addition, there is also the Michelin Promise Plan that offers a 60 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your new set of Michelin tires, just return to the selling retailer to exchange them for a new set of equal or lesser value.

Excellent Tire for all seasons

Bought a set in November 2019 for my 2015 x-trail. Replaced the standard dimensions with 215/60//16XL. Use the vehicle for 90% city and 10% hgwy. Excellent on dry and wet pavement. No Hydroplaning. Handles 10ins of snow in 4-wheel drive. Great on icy road at temps as low as -15C . Very quiet and comfortable tires. Will buy for my Terrain.

CrossClimate2

The fact that the CrossClimate2 tire can handle snow but still be used all-year long and manage a 60,000 mile warranty was an attractive feature to a pensioner who had never had to make a decision about new tires. It was overwhelming, but the because of the Michelin name and reputation and because the dealer gave the Michelin tire such high praise convinced me they were the way to go. The reality that these tires make me feel safe because that are capable, comfortable and quiet has made me a believer and a fan. And I don't have to worry about changing tires every year is the utmost bonus!

Great traction and better control.

I’ve had my tires now for a couple of weeks and you definitely can feel the difference with the control of your car. The tires definitely handle the streets better and in a turn the car seems to have better handling. I also love the look of the tire. Since their treads are designed a little differently it gives a tire a different look which looks nice on my 2018 Honda accord hybrid. I hope you find it helpful.

Great Tires

I purchased my tires last winter. I have been happy and satisfied with the performance. I feel safe on the road in all weather conditions. The tires grip appropriately in all weather climates. I have not encountered any problems since the purchase. These are great all weather tires and I recommend them fir anyone who dies not want to have the hassle of winter tires.

Great tires for year round use

I bought this tire because I did no want to keep switching to snow tires. This past winter, I found them to be just as good as regular snow tires. I do have an AWD vehicle so that helps as well. On wet roads, I found them to be better than the previous all season tires I had.

Best tires I've had here in Colorado

Absolutely love these tires. Was looking for all season tires with excellent snow rating. Drive up into the mountains regularly and these were fantastic in the snow. They are also quiet in the summer as I like to drive with windows down and sunroof open. Perfect tires, I just wish they made something similar for our Model 3 Tesla.

I wanted Michelin Tires !

Well, I JUST filled out the Warranty papers - I bought the tires in September, 2023 & it's now late April, 2024. Being a 74 year old woman, I am NOT wild about the fact that in order to register my Warranty, I had to kneel down in my garage to get the DOT number. Why the heck doesn't their Dealer put that on the Sales Slip ? To me, that's something Micheling should control. Anyway, they're on the back, where I had a puncture of one of my tires. I don't notice much but I DO test them when in rains and I'm in a safe place. I go about 45MPH and slam on the brakes. They perform well. That's what I am most interested in so I'm happy with my tires.
