- 5 out of 5 stars review12/27/2025This is my second set of these tires and I couldn’t be happier with them. They have excellent grip in the rain! While they are no specifically snow tires, they are not bad in the snow. They are long wearing and honestly, if my cars factory set camber was adjustable, they would not have worn in the inside. I still had 7/10 tread on all 4 tires after putting on 69,200 miles, except for the very insides. I had wheel alignments done when I rotated them and after discussing this with several mechanics, it’s my car and not the tires. My gas mileage increased by 4-5 mpg.
Best tires I ever had.
2019 AccordOriginally posted onmichelinman.com - 5 out of 5 stars review11/5/2025I have these tires now for little over a year on my 2022 Honda Accord Hybrid Sport. Some reviews were saying the tires are a bit noisy, but honestly I did not notice that. All I notice is great grip on rainy drives and I also tested them on the snow here in WNC. The grip and braking also in the snow was excellent. Couldn't be happier and order a new set for my 2010 Subaru Impreza STi just today.
Great tires overall
Lucio883Originally posted onmichelinman.com - 1 out of 5 stars review10/22/2025I have been a Michelin tire buyer all my life and this is the worse tire I have ever bought . Had them for three weeks and they are so cheap made that I barely hit a curve and it knocked a hole in the side. Not sure if I will ever buy another Michelin tire.
Cheap made tire
Cm 1970Originally posted onmichelinman.com - 5 out of 5 stars review1/6/2026Have had these installed in recent months with over 1,000+ miles on them so far. Had a set of 4 installed on our 2014 and 2018 Toyota RAV4 vehicles. Great ride and traction so far, thru rain, 3-4" of snow and light ice. Definitely like them so far. The ride doesn't seem any nosier and our MPG is in the same range as before. The only thing I notice so far is that with the tread spacing being larger, small rocks / salt, can get stuck in the tread. Not an issue for me since I live in the city. I bought them since Consumer Reports ranks them very high and they predict 90,000+ miles for tread life. Almost bought the Defenders until i read that review and the Tire Test on Tirerack.com. Happy so far!
Great all season tire
JimmynezhOriginally posted onmichelinman.com - 5 out of 5 stars review10/15/2025Traction improvement 100% over my old no name tires. Winter weather has just started in my area and I'm looking forward to seeing how these tires respond on wet, icy pavement. So far, so good. Got really tired of the slipping and sliding so I flashed out for the good stuff even for my old beater. If you can only afford one improvement - get good tires. I saw reviews saying these tires were noisy. They are not. I can feel them gripping the road and it feels good. They grip so hard sometimes I hear them whine when stopping. Good tires
Cross Country 2 is a Winner
Oregon Old TimerOriginally posted onmichelinman.com - 2 out of 5 stars review12/5/2025Michelin has always been my go to tires, but I am getting a bit frustrated with its thread life. Put on Premier LTX before the Cross Climate 2. While the Premier LTX lasted only lasted 36,718 miles instead of the promised 60,000 miles in nearly three years of use, the Cross Climate 2 only saw 30,000 miles before the dealer refused to service them. After switching to the more expensive Cross Climate 2 with deeper threads, I thought I would get longer life but alas, here we are after only 30,000 miles of use and threads are already below 2/32" according to the dealer. While the tires are good otherwise, thread life of 30000 for tires with a promise of 60000 miles is simply not acceptable. Basically crapping out at half the warranty dis...
Thread life so short, it makes Kevin Hart look tall

Wh... - 4 out of 5 stars review11/3/2025My CC2s have 92,000 miles on them. Current wear pattern is perfect, 4/32 left. A smooth ride still. Road noise is relative to type of road but generally mostly quiet. only issue was a slight hydro plane during moderate rain fall which i experienced from date of purchase. Didn't go over 70mph during rain. 4/5 traction in snowfall. Type of car 2014 bmw wagon 328i xdrive. Michigan /Ohio resident.

EmmettOriginally posted onmichelinman.com - 5 out of 5 stars review1/11/2026Half-life update (30,000 miles). After a fresh rotation and balance, the tires feel new. The 5300lb Lexus handles great with even wear on all four. I recommend these tires to all who would listen. The confidence in bad weather is worth the price. The tires were purchased 12/19/22.
Half-life update...
RobertOriginally posted onmichelinman.com - 5 out of 5 stars review1/10/2026The Michelin Cross Climate 2 are the best tires I've ever purchased! I got over 85,000 miles from my first set of tires and I just bought another set. I love these tires! They are quiet, provide a comfortable ride, they perform excellently, and have been great is various weather patterns, snow, sleet, rain or shine. Thank you!
Great Comfortability and Excellent Durability!
SanFranFan415Originally posted onmichelinman.com - 5 out of 5 stars review12/27/2025I've had these tires and when hog two snow storms so far. One we had about 4" and roads were not great to drive on. Snow plows where just trying to keep up on the main roads, on secondary roads where I was it deep. With. my vehicle in locked axle mode with both front and rear locked, AWD, I had no p ruble driving over the snow covered roads. I expereincd a minor slip, but was able to recover quickly. Driving in this weather you need to drive slower, but thre tires kept up and kept me going.
Great so far in 4" of snow.
RobertOriginally posted onmichelinman.com - 5 out of 5 stars review12/1/2025What are difference tires make! I bought these for my Scion XD, and I notice a difference is most aspects of my driving. I also bought wheels that were slightly wider. The grip is so different. My car is more steady, and doesn't shift at the slightest twist of the steering wheel. I have better traction in cornering, even at low speeds. The ride is smooth and quiet! In the rain, I've had no issues and dont feel.like i have to try to avoid standing water in ruts. I have better traction taking off. These tires make a difference across all aspects of driving and so far in different conditions too! I have more confidence in my car and handling ability! I didn't know new tires would be this impactful!
Impressed!
Melbo21Originally posted onmichelinman.com - 5 out of 5 stars review12/2/2025These are excellent tires for most cars and SUV's. This is our 3rd set of the CC2's. One set went 65,000 and the other 62,000 miles. I always change tires when at around 4/32 and probably could have increase that number, but living in a 4 season area, I'd prefer to have more tread due to winter climate. They handle really well in all environments, for the type of driving my family and I do. Snow, ice, rain, I am always impressed with their control on all surfaces. They have a nice firm, but comfortable ride on our Subaru's. My only issue would be road noise, but it's not excessive and not a deal breaker. Michelin's IMO are always worth the added cost.
CC2's Are a Great Choice
Happy Customer 123Originally posted onmichelinman.com - 5 out of 5 stars review1/17/2026Was told during car inspection that I needed new tires. During my online search I compared multiple brands, I was intrigued with the tread pattern. I’m so happy with these tires as they have brought back my smooth ride positive grip on acceleration and braking. As I told my son the CrossClimate2 tires have brought back the Zoom Zoom experience in my Mazda.
Zoom Zoom is back!!
AngieDOriginally posted onmichelinman.com - 5 out of 5 stars review12/30/2025I am very well pleased with my Michelin Tires-Cross Climate. The driving factor behind my Cross Climate purchase was safety. The fact that I bought Michelin was a given. Michelin has been my go to for all of our vehicles for years. Michelin brand has represented quality and safety while providing many miles of dependable service. The ride is also smooth and comfortable. Thank you Michelin!!
Awesome Company and Product
C GilleyOriginally posted onmichelinman.com - 5 out of 5 stars review12/21/2025These are the third set of tires we have purchased now for three different vehicles. Our ambient temperatures range from -45F to 95F and road conditions from near perfect to dense water, freezing rain and compacted snow and ice. These tires out perform any other brands and models we have tried over 50 years of driving as well as commercial driving.
Best tires we know of
JRFixerdaddyOriginally posted onmichelinman.com - 5 out of 5 stars review11/13/2025I recently switched to the Michelin CrossClimate 2, and I’m very impressed with the performance. These tires handle exceptionally well in both dry and wet conditions, and they’re surprisingly quiet and smooth on the highway. I’ve also driven through light snow, and the grip and stability were excellent — perfect for Canadian weather that changes quickly. The tread design gives great confidence on corners and braking, and I noticed better fuel efficiency compared to my previous set. It’s a perfect all-season tire for anyone who wants year-round safety without constantly swapping between winter and summer tires. Definitely worth the investment!
Handles Canadian Weather Like a Champ
LincyOriginally posted onmichelinman.com - 5 out of 5 stars review9/23/2025Les meilleurs pneus que j'ai eu.
PascalOriginally posted onmichelinman.com - 5 out of 5 stars review12/5/2025I purchased these tires approximately one month ago. Did a some local driving around town and found the handling to be good and the overall comfort and noise level to be acceptable. This past week I did a long distance trip from NY to MI and back that was uneventful with clear driving going, and light snow and rain on the return trip. I would say the tires performed as expected for the entire trip. No surprises, that enabled driver confidence.
Performance is as good as advertised.
BFAOriginally posted onmichelinman.com - 1 out of 5 stars review12/20/2025I purchased the cross climate 2s from my local tire discounters. The first year was fantastic great wet and dry / snow performance. From what I was told Michelin states that their tires do not lose performance over time. In my experience putting them on a 4 cylinder honda accord after 1 year and around 6,000 miles even after a tire rotation if I give my stock 4 cylinder more than 10% throttle I spin all over the place even in light rain and light snow. Im very upset and disappointed with the performance of this tire and have to drive very slowly wherever I go in any kind of weather condition except sunny and dry.
Fantastic for 1 Year then very poor.

Just swapped those out at 64,000 miles and still with about 4/32 tread depth remaining at the center (but maybe 2.5/32 at the shoulder). I'd rather go through a so-far-very-snowy winter in the Northeast with fresh CC2s, otherwise would have gone another 6,000 miles on them.
Durable, long-lasting tire, excellent grip and handling in all conditions
