Great item

Top came damaged

Parts appear sturdy, but the top arrived damaged. Contacted Seville for a replacement (that part was easy!), the replacement was approved, and was told it would arrive in 7-10 days. I'm at three weeks now waiting on a new top. I've been reaching out weekly to find out what's going on and while they do respond within a few hours, it would be nice if they were proactively updating me. All I've been told when inquiring is "it hasn't been shipped yet". Downrated due to delay and stated expectations being unmet.
