Cooling amazement

Received damaged.  I ordered the king size, so, as you can imagine, it’s quite heavy.  I had it delivered to my home.  It’s not in merchant packaging.  It delivered in a brown box, vacuum sealed.  As I get this out, remove the vacuum packaging, as I get to the last portion unroll, it starts expanding and there, on the inside portion/side is a a huge chunk missing from the topper, which looks like a manufacturer defect.  Now, after calling and going through the horrific automated customer service to figure out how to return this because it will not fit back in the box, I now have to wait for a return service to pick this up and figure out where to stash a heavy, king sized memory foam topper u til they pick it up!  What a nightmare!

Poor quality…damaged during manufacturing

I brought this for family member! It is so comfortable!, it helped to relieve stress and sore muscles /back! So much so, that my my sister went out and bought one! Her and her husband love it!
