Works well. Makes a hard mattress softer. The cooling is definitely cool. Bought one and liked it and bought a second one for another bed.

The display piece in the store was much more firm than what I purchased. I was hoping for more firmness than the one I currently have now. The more firm the pad the higher quality and this one falls short. I can buy simillar online for $100 (king)
