We use our vehicle mostly to take long road-trips in. The previous tires had almost 50,000. Miles on them at replacement time. We take at least 2 road tips a year that are around 2500-3000 miles round trip. With my previous general tires that came on the vehicle I would get a solid 22 mpg. With The new firestones I get 21.8. I also notice on our first trip with the tires a slight vibration at around 79-84 miles per hour. I usually never drive this fast and I would only notice the vibration on the road-trip- in places that we could not avoid the higher speeds. I have an appointment for an oil change in a few days and have requested for my new tires that only have right at 5000 miles to be re balanced. Other than those two issues the tires are fine. We have driven through a lot of very hard rain and the tires did fine. I just hope we can get the shimmy or vibration issue resolved. The vibration is not bad. Just a slight vibration. I we didn't take road-trips I prob wouldn't notice it. But. This should not be happening. Thank you Jay B.

Purchased these tires on April 8, 2022, I am not satisfied with the performance and ride comfort Of these tires. I brought a set in 2011 of LE2 and was completely happy with that set. These ride badly not completely sure if it is the tires in itself or not balance properly.

I learned how good Firestone tires are when I bought a used Honda Ridgeline. After driving several Ridgelines this one had the smoothest, quietest ride of them all. I was surprised to see that all four of the tires on it were Firestones. So for my Ford Ranger, of course I bought four Firestone Destination tires. I am not surprised that the truck rides smoother and quieter than it did with its previous tires. I usually want to put Michelins on my vehicles. But now I have a new favorite tire brand. And with a 70,000 mile warrantee, I am convinced that these Firestone Tires are the best tires you can buy. I think Firestone Tires are the most underrated tire brand on the market. My father was true car guy. He was an aircraft mechanic in the Navy during World War Two. He taught me a lot about cars. Way back in the nineteen sixties and seventies he always relied on Firestones tires for his cars. And now, long after he passed, I am still learning from him. Thanks Dad, and Thank you, Firestone.

This is my second set of tires on this vehicle, this set of Firestone Destinations that I have purchased over the years. Can't say enough about them. The old Michelin's were hard and slippery, these Destination LE3 completely transformed the ride of my truck and instill confidence once again that it can go through anything I need it to. These tires can't handle the tining (groves carved into the concrete in the direction of travel) of a large amount of Iowa roads. These groves in the road are supposed to improve drainage and provide more traction. Unfortunately, with these tires, there is too much traction. Steering is difficult and exhausting if traveling on a long stretch of highway. The car shifts all over, making an extremely uncomfortable ride. At one point, after 1.5 hours of driving, an alarm went off on my dashboard telling me I need to keep both hands on the wheel. I DID have both hands on the wheel for the entire 1.5 hours in order to keep the vehicle on the road. These are my first Firestone tires, previous tires I have owned never had this issue. I heard they might need to be "broken-in," so I have given them a chance. 5,000 miles later, there is no improvement. I have had everything else on the car that could be causing the problem checked out - alignment, suspension, etc. No issues, just the tires. I have been to the tire dealer to see if they could help me with getting different tires, like maybe some credit since the tires aren't very old - I thought Firestone would have some sort of customer satisfaction built into their warranty. The dealer said there is nothing they can do, I will have to buy new tires if I don't like them. I will definitely have to get new tires, I can't take another 50,000+ miles of this. I will NOT buy Firestone again! If you travel on tined highways, avoid these tires!

OEM tires were another brand and decided to replace with trusted Firestone Destination replacements at 40,000 miles. Even though we have only 1,000 miles+ on the new set, we're very pleased with the Firestones. This is the 5th set of Destination's I've bought over time with my wife's Jeep Liberty included. Quiet ride and improved mileage are the reason I'm pleased with our Destination 3 replacement tires.

I have been a fan of the Destination Tire for years now due to its smooth ride, durability, comfort control, and overall safety, recently had this tire put on my daughters car also because it is time tested by me and I know its valuable quality and safety.

My previous tires were destination. July 31st 2023 purchased a set of destination tires, but a week later found out they were 14 months old. I thought I was getting NEW tires. Firestone no longer makes this model tire. Firestone employee did not tell me the tires were going to be this old. I have been Firestone customer for 10 years,I feel that I have been taken advantage of.

2019 Chevrolet Traverse. Best set of tires yet on my SUV. I would buy these again hands down. They have great traction in the snow. Ice is ice....can't do much about that. It also handles well in heavy rain. I average 25,000 miles per year. Peace of mind no matter where we go!

Assumed I was purchasing the newer LE3, but not a problem since I was satisfied with the original LE2's, which gave 52K miles of quiet, even wear. If I hadn't replaced a little early, I probably could have gotten 60K miles. Just double check when purchasing to receive the improved 70K mile LE3.
