This has been a family staple for centuries. I made some homemade albondigas which is a traditional Mexican soup. Very flavorful with the sabor de pollo. I also cook Spanish red rice and use it ! Packing could be better but it’s huge which is nice as it lasts a long time. It dissolves very easily as well!
