There's a delay when playing videos, i.e. netflix via laptop/PC. Users advise to change it to “video mode” via JBL app. The device cannot be added to the app. No configuration found to solve this issue. So, kinda disappointed at the company since I've wasted money for a very expensive phone sound extension which I almost never need except when I want to watch movies on my laptop, which I can't because the delay is really annoying. Would've given a one star but gave 2 instead since the sound quality in itself is quite good.

This speaker works great for me. I use it at the pool, beach, shower, kitchen, almost anywhere. It pulls the b tooth from a long distance. I listen to it at different volume levels. The battery stays charged for a long time, it charges fast and has charging lites that tells you when to charge and when it fully charged. I like lit and bought it when it was on sale.

No aux input

Didn't even buy it, tested it and it is definitely loud (20W speakers), but lacks the sound quality of speakers in the same price bracket. Would recommend any of the charge 3,4 or 5s instead since they're cheaper/the same price for the same sound quality and loudness.

I bought this recently. It seems to be typical JBL made. Quality speaker with great sound and Bluetooth worked flawlessly. However I was unaware this particular model has no way to tell the remaining battery charge or even if it's charging during charging. Evidently the gen 2 model does have a battery meter. In todays world and for this price I "assumed" it would have a way to see what charge is left. It's like driving a car with out a gas level display. Not sure If I'll keep or return. FYI

Use at work, and it's a good alternative to listening to something else
