I had read a couple reviews that were negative about getting the generator ready to use the first time. It was super simple to get my generator ready and working within 5 minutes which included having to unlock my shed and return with my gas can. I don’t know what they expected, you have to add oil and gas to any generator you buy.

This tough little inverter generator has the right stuff to power 2 EG43000EHV 48v solar inverters to charge LiFePo4 48volt battery bank and run a couple appliances at the same time! I have it running at 1400w for hours to charge a 280amp battery bank to cover cloudy days when the low light Silfab panels says its too dark to pull energy out of the sky. Tough little generator made by an American company.

After reading about the features and other reviews, I bought TWO of these wonderful little generator/inverters and so far I'm very pleased with them. I'm and elderly homeowner and these generator/inverters are convenient, light weight, and EASY to use for little jobs; like a minor power outage where you just need a couple lights and your refrigerator powered up or a few hours. A lot of thought went into the engineering, as demonstrated by the way you fill the oil supply. It came with a fill tube that actually screws into the filler neck AND has an O-ring for a better seal. NO LEAKS! And the built-in handle underneath that extends to pull the generator around on its back wheels is genius! Very nice for the elderly!!

I purchased this unit a couple of weeks ago. I read the instructions, made the adjustments, fueled it up, pulled the starter rope and it started. I used it at an outdoor outing to power two fans. It ran the entire time without the need to refuel. I was pleased with the unit;

right out of the box the spark plug came to me broken & the rear cover wasn’t installed properly. The rubber gasket was covering half the muffler. That’s why I gave it 3 stars. After filling with oil & replacing the spark plug, it started on the first pull. According to the decibel meter app I have on my phone. it would idle at 87 dB sitting on the driveway. But who knows how accurate that is

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I have always wanted a generator, and my time has finally arrived, and I am very impressed with this lightweight but very capable generator. It is small enough to travel on occasion for camping, and also function as a backup power source at home to keep essential devices powered up during an outage. I really like that everything but gasoline came with this particular generator, and the digital display and USB ports are a bonus. So far I cannot find any deficiencies, and am looking forward to many years of reliable service from this red wonder, and would highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a lightweight and modern generator.

Nice Generator Very lightweight ,starts on first pull every time ,very quiet ,nice control board ,even has an hour meter ,the only thing I don't like is opening the side panel to add or check the oil "the metal clips are hard to unsnap and the dip stick is a bit hard to get to" but I am happy with my purchase...

For what I needed unit for it perfect. Compact ease to transport not very loud.

Added gas and unit started leaking gas out the bottom on floor.

Works as intended, perfect for power emergencies such as an outage due to a natural disaster
