[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received without adjustable handle's knob....and there is no where to find one....crazy....it is not a part that can be purchased separately...this is stupid all parts should be made available Sorry, I cant give 5 stars, but when a part is missing and there is no where to purchase it....the company needs to address this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a little over a month ago and was finally able to use it the other day. It has been to hot to work in the yard. Does an excellent job of trimming the grass and weeds. I had another one that would only hole the charge for about a half hour. I spent over an hour trimming and still had charge left. Great purchase and really please.

The good - Light weight; easy to assemble, shipping was good, battery life seems good and trimmer is strong. The disappointing - Probably my mistake, but I thought I was ordering the trimmer that can also turn into an edger and I got the "fixed shaft" trimmer that is not designed for edging. I can still use it for that by turning it upside down, but not nearly as good. Most disappointing is the string doesn't feed well. Not my first trimmer, so I know how others have worked. I physically had to stop several time in my first use to manually pull out more line.

This is not a weed trimmer, it's a weed pulverizer!! I have a hillside home in wildfire country so being able to keep up the maintenance of the lower yard that is too steep for a lawnmower is normally an exhausting task. With this 40v weed destroyer, it takes half the time it used to and I find it rather enjoyable to watch it shred the weeds to smithereens in in an instant. I also like the longer shaft as I am always keeping my eyes peeled for western diamond back rattle snakes and feel this keeps me safer with the longer reach. I am very pleased the line does not get bound up on anything! I also like the smart sense features as it won't run if the cap isn't secure. It's well balanced so it's easy to swing and I'm not exhausted doing the tasks that I used to dread. I'm completely impressed with the way it cuts even thick stemmed weeds. The batteries last for about 20 minutes at full charge, so I bought a 2nd set. My only complaint is some of us need to use this in place of a mower on hillsides and it would be wonderful if the batteries lasted about 35 minutes instead of about 20. I encourage anyone to definitely dress appropriately with thick jeans and solid shoes and wear safety glasses as the power and speed will throw random stones or pine cones with amazing force. I'm love the WORX products! They last long and work well!

I bought this to replace the 56v version. power is on-par, features are slightly better, but the one main flaw with the 56v seems to have carried over: the connector to join the two haves of shafts still allows flexibility. it kinda feels not solid due to this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bashed this trimmer into the curb, road, and side of the house more times than I'd like to admit and it keeps on kicking. Battery life is great, though the two batteries will make it rather too heavy depending on what size batteries you're using. The easy swap between trimming and edging with the attached wheel makes it very convenient. Plus even if you do manage to break the spool cap off, they sell replacements ;) .

Plenty of power, battery life and dose a great job trimming and edging. I especially like the wheels for making a straight line and ease of use. Seems to be constructed better than my very old 32v. WORX trimmer/edger.

The single mount 20v trimmer didn't even have the power to cut its own cord. It is obvious that the trimmer that mounts two 20v batteries is designed to overcome it's power deficiencies. I keep this deficient product in my garage to remind me that no what product they introduce that appears imaginative and useful, DON'T LET THEM FOOL AGAIN!

I bought this after owning the 20v. Love the power, but being a 71 year old woman about 5ft 2 it is too long for me. It does not adjust. I wish you would make a 40 v like the adjustable 20v revolution. I would buy one! I love your products but was disappointed in this product.

I am on my second trimmer, I have owned two other Worx trimmers on the past and they worked fantastically. As I took the first one out of the box, I noticed that it had a slight indentation in the pole. It didn't appear to be anything major, so I was fine. I assembled the trimmer and upon my first use, noticed that I could not stop the line from advancing. No matter what i tried, the line just kept getting longer. I found the manual to be of NO help whatsoever.! I can not rule out operator error, but I have no idea as to the cause. I returned the item and has a new one shipped. The second one arrived 'ding free' ;), but again I am having the exact same problem with the string! I have to say that i REALLY want to love this product as it has every feature that I am looking for, but the string issue is something that I can not accept.
