Missing parts and also no instructions. I know it does not take a rocket scientist to figure out how to put it together but would be nice if it had come with instructions. Plus one plastic piece was missing I think for one of the legs, really not sure.

I have purchased two of these utility carts. The first one proved that it was an excellent product and I then bought a second one. For me, being physically handicapped, rolling carts are especially helpful -- in fact I already had other brands for years and use them to move things in the house which I would not be able to do otherwise. The Sam's Club carts are the most sturdy and well designed carts I now own. They have a high load capacity for heavy items, are stable even when items are loaded on the top shelf, and each tray has raised borders to prevent items slipping or falling off. I use them to move cargo from house to the garage and vice-versa, for serving meals, and they can make a practical bedside aid to keep items too large for a night stand -- plus they can be moved easily into position.. In short, they are well designed, durable and very useful. Highly recommended.

It looks like a restaurant style cart but I use it in my acupuncture practice to move items from space to space and it works very well. The directions state that you don't need tools to put it together but you'll feel like one trying to figure out how the pile of parts all fit. Over all it works great I just had some frustration putting it together as the directions are lacking a bit. In the carts defense I was putting it together at the end of a long day, the next morning I figured it out after a bit of fidgeting.

Solid construction. Easy to assemble. We actually use this movie cart in the kitchen and store it under a work table. A great way to store regularly used supplies for easy access. We have two plastic tubs on the bottom shelf for all bottles and cans of liquid household supplies.

After retiring from education, and bringing many of my personal (and very weighty) Art and Photography books home from my office, I put the publications on shelving in my studio, held in place by wall anchors…bad idea. Ultimately the anchors began to pull through the drywall. I needed something strong enough to support the beefy books, and if I could move them around the studio…even better. The 3 Tier Utility Cart is the perfect answer. Strong enough to support the books and the heavy duty casters, allow me the flexibility of moving them around the studio, if needed. The shelf liners create a smooth, even surface on which to arrange the texts.

We do a lot of family get-to-gathers and this little guy is a jewel. We have to transport food and miscellaneous up and down an elevator. It fits comfortably on the elevator and holds a lot of party goodies. I love it. Everybody asks me where I got it.

We've been using this cart for months and it holds up well. The directions to put it together were not very clear, but we got it together. All four wheels turn so even with heavy loads it's easy to steer. Don't know how much weight this takes, but we load it up with bottled water, cases of pop, and everything else and it takes it all! Great product!

I literally have own 2 of these for over 6 years and have wished I’d have purchased more. From putting computers, 3 in 1 printers, safes, speakers, oxygen concentrators, puppy beds on bottom shelf, televisions to literally carrying in groceries, heavy bags of laundry, cases of water and heavy boxes to unloading large deliveries of King size adjustable massage beds, etc up to 350 pounds from delivery truck curb side to inside bedroom no problem what so ever as my paperwork said it safely can handle up to 500 pounds. Going to buy 2 more So many Needed uses Saves our backs from breaking Safely stores our computer systems in our computer rooms never a worry So simple to clean

I bought this cart to place my printer on and the printer supplies. My printer can sit on top and the printer paper along with ink cartridges can fit on the other 2 shelves. Extremely sturdy and very easy to put together. I am going to get three more for each floor of my house. I will use them for overnight guest linens and towels, kids toys, and other things I need to move from room to room.

We use this as a video game cart. A tv on top, consoles in the middle, and games and controllers on the bottom. We can take it anywhere in the house depending who wants to play. It seems to be a great quality, the wheels work well and the whole thing feels very stable.
