These onions are always sweet and never too strong. They are similar sizes and consistently good. They last a long time in the pantry.

These did not last very long. After a few says a few were rotten but rest were good a few more days. Never had this happen

Perfect for soups, salads, stir-fries. Almost all my cooking involves onions. I alternate between these and the purple onions, just for variety. All good.

Onions you can use for any dish. I have used these ouons in Veggie soup, yellow squash casserole etc. They add a special onion flavor that balances out the dish.
