I bought this eCard as a gift for someone. I emailed it to the recipient who downloaded to their wallet. $200 in your wallet with the stroke of a few keys and without a trip to the store or the bank. TOO EASY!!!

My wife bought 2 of these @ $200 each . When she checked the balance of the card before putting them in w the Christmas gifts , there was no money on it !! It had been used w a cash app of some kind ! Vanilla is supposed to be working on it , they have opened an investigation , but 2 weeks later and have heard nothing !!

Someone stole it before i even emailed it to my daughter. And it was Christmas for my grandchildren.

Drained by fraudsters within a day of purchase.

Doesn’t even work! Can’t add it to my wallet, can’t use it at half the establishments I have tried. Sams and vanilla says two different things about this card. Sams is just as wrong.

Once you purchase, they will try their best to prevent you from spending with this card. It often shows system error when you try to check the balance from their website. And your cards will be ON HOLD for no reason.

Sam Club. Please do not sale this card company anymore. Purchase $1000. 5 cards $200 each none of card able to use. Called and customer service said please provide information. I did 3 times and keep getting same message. Buyer PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE SCAM this company.

This is my 2nd time using this e gift card & the worst experience. I can never use it in store. I would like to be refunded.
