I wish they would re-install the the cut out hand grips on the box sides. It makes it extremely difficult for us older generation to pick up the case without them.

Bad box design

Is the best water that doesn’t have a nasty taste , and it’s better getting the gallons than water bottle

Purchasing cases of gallons helps me assure that I drink at least a gallon a day. It is easier to keep track of one jug as opposed to several water bottles.

I love that I found the Ice Mountain water in gallon jugs. Hate the packaging of the 6-1 gallon jugs. Quick not to Ice Mountain company~ you need wo make hole handles on each side of box! (the pain in the rear of trying to carry this box is the reason for the 4 star rating_

Great for coffee& ice maker but NO handles on box of 6 which makes it very heavy to lift& transport

Had a funny taste. Taste as if it was exposed to something and it absorbed it.

It would be easier to carry if the handholds were put back in the carton

Box needs a better way to pick it up

I buy this for my cat & dog I don't drink the softener water...so they don't either Easy open too
