Love the sleeper sofa! Communication through Sams was much to be desired. Had to fight for the "Free White Glove" service. Our door is only 31" wide and this fit fairly easy thru. I was told the bottom of couch to top of back is 27" without the feet on. The couch is taller than that with the fluffy cushions, but can squish those down. Very happy with product, haven't slept on it, but our guest said the bed was comfy.

The sofa itself is great. The $800 for delivery was wild when it got delivered to my driveway and I had to figure out how to get 150lbs couch in my house and down the stairs. Customer service is zero help.

This couch is very cheaply made. Squeaks when you sit on it from the flimsy construction and the thin wood feels like it will break easily. The back has zero support and just the thin layer of material across the entire back and I imagine if one of our dogs runs into it will poke a hole right thru it. The back shows and is not butted up against a wall which is scary to me as I know it’s gonna get ruined at some point very easily. And don’t expect the included white glove delivery because that never happened. This 275 lb giant box was dropped in the driveway and I had to pay and arrange for two men to come and bring it into the house at my expense. This was to be unboxed and set up and the trash taken away but even after spending an hour on the phone fighting to get this with Sam’s club it was still delivered by just being dropped in the driveway as it was only a one person truck driver that they had deliver it.

This sleeper was purchased in June and the cushions are unraveling in less than 6 months. Allstate insurance has denied the claim because they don't cover unraveling threads. Would not recommend Sierra Lodge furniture for durable furniture
