Purchased the 12 x24 Norwood in July 2026. The shipment arrived on time and was assembled by exceptional installers in 2 days. The finished product exceeds my expectations and has already provided us with many uses besides being a carport. The beautiful wood adds a rustic woodsy look and the compliments haven’t stopped coming. I would definitely buy this product again. Thank you for such adding to our outdoor living space.

As a lifelong woodworker I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of this product the hardware and whole alignment was perfect. The wood quality was exceptional The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Thoroughly impressed with the quality and. It looks great Highly recommend. My wife and I did 90% of the work and called in some friends to help with the heavy lifting on the roof sections. A very satisfying do it yourself project.

It's gorgeous. It really makes our space complete. Be sure to measure your space not only on the ground, but in the air as well, as it's height is significant and if not placed well, could have unintended consequences. We poured footers larger than needed so we had wiggle room on exact placement. Can't wait to string lights!!

I love the Rustic look to it! Directions to put together were great.. and we also downloaded the “BILT” app as well, very helpful for step by step instructions. Although it took longer then other people said it was great instructions.

We have had our pavilion(Norwood) up for a year now, and we love it. It does take time to put together and get it squared. Our father in law helped us with it, and we finished it in a couple of days.

Over the past several years I have installed three Norwood gazebos On my property. Two of them are 12 x 14 and one is 10 x 10. The quality for the price is fantastic. These gazebos are nothing like you’ve seen in big box stores. Much better quality.
