This was by far the most annoying thing that I assembled and I've assembled a lot of things. I was over 2.5 hrs into assembling this due to poor instructions and was finally to the head part. Screwed the head together and came to the part to put the nose on. Where's the nose?! Looked through everything and the nose wasn't anywhere!! Can't assemble further until the nose gets put on! Called the 800 number and it said vm was full which leads me to believe I wasn't the only one with an issue. By this time, I was over this (snow)man. He's not hanging around in pieces while I find out whether he gets a nose or not. Decided it will be returned. Took me about 10 minutes to disassemble now to try and fit it back into box.

I have one of the original ones that they released a few years ago and it was great. This one is garbage. It does not line up correctly. The small side that you have to insert the wing screw into is stripped and it will not turn enough to even go through it. It takes forever to unbox and try to assemble only to waste at least two hours before determining it cannot be assembled. I had also purchased the sleigh this year and also had to return it due to a large hole in it. The quality it just not worth the price.

BUYER BEWARE! stars stopped working after 3 days, then the whole thing stopped after 7. it was so beautiful the first day..but then all joy was lost. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOIR MONEY. I ont know how its getting some good reviews. i should habe trusted the 1 stars.

This snowman is beautiful. I've wanted one for a few years and we finally decided to get one this year. We followed the instructions and put it together in about 45 minutes. Then we plugged it in to see it in all its glory for only the back side of the bottom part to light up. Upon close inspection we realized there is a short in the wire that makes it work very inconsistently. It's very disappointing and the instructions tell you not to plug it in before it's fully assembled so we didn't discover its defect until the end.

bought this a few years ago, it honestly looks great. but everything else sucks. putting it together wasn't bad until you had to peel off plastic film from every prismatic foil. for me this literally lasted one winter not even. after a particularly windy night which I understand he fell over, I wasn't surprised about that. but he never light up the same. it was like the top half just refused to work no amount of redoing the wires or changing fuses seemed to help. he's just been taking up space in my shed because it's going to be a absolute pain in the butt to take apart to bring to the dump.

This is our second year with the snowman. He blew over last year and broke his nose. Sad but he was still cute. This year his arm fell off because the pin that slides into the body actually rotted and broke off with a gust of wind. It was used only 1 year. We used the stakes and also put rocks at the base to hold him down. Very poor design if he can't stay upright during wind gusts. We have the tree also and have had no issues. He's going into the trash. Would not buy again.

The bad news is it took a couple hours to put it together. The good news is it was worth it. It is really pretty. I bought the 3 Reindeer prism set as well and they look great in my yard. Hopefully they hold up, but my night 1 review is they are all spectacular.

No exaggeration, just to peal off all the film all over the snowman took nearly two hours. Extremely difficult to get off. Once removed all the fly-nuts were the wrong size. So disappointed we returned the item. After reading other reviews this item has some major issues. Read them before making your mind up, but like many others who purchased this item wished they hadn't.

Purchased this last year. When we put it together one of the snowflakes did not work. Immediately sent an email to members mark multiple times and also called with no response back. Put it back up this year and the rest of the lights quit working within 24 hours.

So pretty gracing my holiday yard.
