Purchased this last year. When we put it together one of the snowflakes did not work. Immediately sent an email to members mark multiple times and also called with no response back. Put it back up this year and the rest of the lights quit working within 24 hours.

Love this snowman! It glows in the sunshine and the colors change as the sun shifts. You'll see the whole spectrum of colors. Looks awesome day and night! Makes for a cool, icy look. Don't simply rely on the included stakes! I get strong winds blowing across my yard, so I also separately purchased tethers and stakes ( camping/tent kit). This is my 2nd season with the snowman and he hasn't budged at all. Used D clips at the snowman's waist, clipped to the metal brackets near the hips. Tethers strung to the front and back, 4 total.

No exaggeration, just to peal off all the film all over the snowman took nearly two hours. Extremely difficult to get off. Once removed all the fly-nuts were the wrong size. So disappointed we returned the item. After reading other reviews this item has some major issues. Read them before making your mind up, but like many others who purchased this item wished they hadn't.

The bad news is it took a couple hours to put it together. The good news is it was worth it. It is really pretty. I bought the 3 Reindeer prism set as well and they look great in my yard. Hopefully they hold up, but my night 1 review is they are all spectacular.

This was by far the most annoying thing that I assembled and I've assembled a lot of things. I was over 2.5 hrs into assembling this due to poor instructions and was finally to the head part. Screwed the head together and came to the part to put the nose on. Where's the nose?! Looked through everything and the nose wasn't anywhere!! Can't assemble further until the nose gets put on! Called the 800 number and it said vm was full which leads me to believe I wasn't the only one with an issue. By this time, I was over this (snow)man. He's not hanging around in pieces while I find out whether he gets a nose or not. Decided it will be returned. Took me about 10 minutes to disassemble now to try and fit it back into box.

Total waste of money we bought this and the reindeer's last year from Sam's Club. It snowed one day and heavy winds. Everything flew all over the place and my husband had it stake down into the ground hard. We can't even use it this year. It's very hard to store it away. The pieces can easily break. Looks beautiful, but not practical.

BUYER BEWARE! stars stopped working after 3 days, then the whole thing stopped after 7. it was so beautiful the first day..but then all joy was lost. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOIR MONEY. I ont know how its getting some good reviews. i should habe trusted the 1 stars.

We had the older version of this snowman (without the snowflakes on the hands) and it was the worst purchase I've ever made. So thankful I was able to return it. The nose broke off the first time it fell over (the stakes provided are completely ineffective at keeping the snowman upright), and eventually the wire connecting the snowman to the outlet completely fried. Wouldn't recommend this decoration to anyone even though it is pretty.

This snowman is beautiful. I've wanted one for a few years and we finally decided to get one this year. We followed the instructions and put it together in about 45 minutes. Then we plugged it in to see it in all its glory for only the back side of the bottom part to light up. Upon close inspection we realized there is a short in the wire that makes it work very inconsistently. It's very disappointing and the instructions tell you not to plug it in before it's fully assembled so we didn't discover its defect until the end.

I bought this last year after deciding to splurge because I wanted it so bad. Upon my disappointment it completely stopped working after 2 weeks… not to mention the power was apparently too strong for my outdoor outlet that it completely burnt it out. I wasn't even overusing it I had it on a 6 hour timer only during peak nighttime hours. I will never buy one of these again due to the issue I had. However the snowman was so beautiful in the snow %26 sunlight even unlit it would reflect beautifully. After the amount of money i spent on it if it hadn't been so huge and having to store a snowman that didn't even light up anymore it wasn't worth the trouble to keep it. I was forced to put it out for the garbage man. Very sad, but lesson learned i suppose..
