Purchased for camping. Cools pop up camper quickly and keeps cool. Adjustable temperature control were great when we needed to cool it down more. Didn't use the timer. Would purchase again.

A lifesaver! Our air conditioner broke while the temps were in the hundreds. Definitely won't cool our entire home, but will hold us over until a new AC is installed. It keeps our living room cool anyway.

Bought last season and it broke within 3 months, it just flashes with an unknown error, most likely a motherboard issue. So it's not built to last, and I wouldn't recommend buying. I received a refund but now I have this air condition that I still have to dispose of somehow.

I have this in my bedroom bc my townhouse a/c doesn’t cool it well. This unit is big but it has multiple functions. I like that it changes settings on its own. It can be loud but it doesn’t wake me up. It was easy to assemble and hopefully it last a long time.

I bought this last year used off of marketplace. I am extremely impressed when it comes to the cooling and heating efficiency and how much it can move air even in our 600sq ft 22 foot A-frame living room. The variable ac compressor is also a great feature. The hose in ductwork really makes a huge difference

So glad we bought this to keep our apartment cool in the Summer months! We had to do some work to get the window kit to fit with our window, and now it seals and hold the hose into place quite well, while sealing out the outside hot air. It really does an amazing job at keeping the place cool on some of those days reaching triple digits, along with all the other hot days that don't reach such high temps. The only bummer is that the first time trying to assemble the window exhaust adapter pieces (3 in total to assemble before connecting to the hose) to the hose with their plastic molded retaining clips, 2 of the 4 clips immediately failed - 1 bent and wound not hold as the plastic gave way, and the other completely snapped clean off! This is one big design flaw when connecting the adapter with the hose to the window installation kit, as you need to attempt to remove the adapter and hose from the window install kit at the end of the season for storage, but it's impossible when those tabs bend or break off, making it impossible to reattach the adapter and hose to the window install kit at the next season. I'll need to see about the warranty coverage on these parts before my 2 year warranty expires in July 2025, as we shouldn't be expected to pay for parts that failed upon first use. Otherwise, this pricey portable A/C with be completely unusable next Spring/Summer!

This is so loud you can not sleep with it on. Doesn't cool down the space.
