[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its definitely a different experience. Growing up, I did not have my own room and we all sleep together in one bed and mattress. Its a typical foam and not even a mattress to begin with. Given the opportunity to experience the product is an achievement unlocked. The quality and satisfaction it gives me when I wake up in the morning equates the value of it. It is an investment and worth the price I paid for. I do not usually buy expensive mattress but this one is worth it.

It is very supportive and comfortable. This is our favorite mattress. We are 70 & it supports our back, hips, and knees very well & comfortably.

It is a very heavy mattress, not easily movable when trying to tuck the sheets under it. Unfortunately, the firmness I selected was not good for my back. I initially tried the soft level mattress, but decided to go with the medium because of back issues. However, my back pain increased, so I had to return it for a softer mattress. I purchased the Lux Estate because it included 8 vents, as well as a cool-to-the-touch cover to keep heat from building up. But the mattress held the heat of my body, even after I left the bed, you could still feel the warmth on the spot where I slept. I also bought this mattress for the enhanced pressure relief, but I believe I purchased the wrong feel. My soft feel should arrive in a few weeks . Overall, I believe this is a very well made mattress, that will provide me the comfort I seek for years to come. I do not regret purchasing it, despite the temperature short fall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My experience was unexpected. I ordered on July 4. A month later I received notice that my mattress would be delivered the next day. I was thrilled. The next day I received a call telling me that my mattress was ruined by a lift truck. So I expected that Sterns and Foster would jump on it and rush a new replacement. A month later I hadn't heard from them, not even and I'm sorry. Then I started calling and calling. They have a computerized operator that that can't answer anything, when you ask for a real person it takes three requests to get someone. Then you go on hold for twenty minutes and then they transfer you, guess what more than twenty minutes. After six weeks I get connected to their escalations team which is very good at not telling you what is going on and when to expect my purchase which was fully paid for a month before. On Sept 28 my mattress finally came without one word from the factory nor even an " I'm Sorry". Well even though I love my new mattress, I guess I'm the only one who will say , "I'm Sorry" that I didn't cancel six weeks ago. Sincerly, Phil

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second S+F mattress. Our first one was a great mattress but was ruined by our movers during a move and thus had to be replaced. We bought a mattress from a different manufacturer and after several years had to have it replaced because it was sagging. We bought another S+F mattress and are finally sleeping so much better again!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Estate lux medium pillow top was purchased because my lar magread was temperpedic and it was too soft. The quality is great on this mattress but the medium feels very firm I am hoping it breakers in before the 90 day trial is over.

We are extremely impressed with the quality of this mattress! From the very first night, we could tell how well made and comfortable it is. It provides the perfect balance of support and softness, and we’ve both been sleeping so much better since getting it. You can really feel the quality in the materials and craftsmanship. We honestly look forward to going to bed every night now. Highly recommend this mattress to anyone looking for comfort and a better night’s sleep!

We purchased the King size Lux Estate Hybrid Medium and could not be happier! The quality of this mattress is top tier! I definitely feel like we made the right investment with this mattress and I have already recommended it to many others! I can finally get a full nights sleep without tossing, turning, or my arm falling asleep.

We had a S & F years ago.. Bought another brand about 10yrs ago and I have been waiting on it to wear out so I could go back to a S & F So far ( 1 month in) it is super comfy.. I have had some issues with pain across my shoulders since we have been sleeping on it.. I am hoping its just my body getting use to it. It is super comfy and soft. We opted for the medium and Maybe should have gotten the firm.. We shall see

As older folks we thought we would treat ourselves and are very impressed with the quality and the comfort of the mattress. We also got the upgrade that allows us to move the mattress head and foot up and down, it also had lumbar comfort and the whole bed is a massage when needed as it had several levels of comfort making it even more usable for us. It also has helped with no backaches in the morning, and we are sleeping far more comfortably. Just wanted to say thank you
