This bed has not only surpassed my expectations but also made a life customer out of me. The quality of this bed matches its comfort. It did feel different to me at first given the fact that I used to own a foam mattress prior to this one. But after the first night I was sleeping like a baby. I will not hesitate to recommend this bed to anyone because it truly is worth the price.

I purchased my mattress as I was working for mattresss firm I love the sterns and foster collection! I was having bad back and hip pain and upgraded my mattress to the lux estate I love it I sleep well. My husband loved it as well, the perfect level of softness for me not supper soft and not super firm. Only thing I wish it had the option to feel more on the tempur indulge foam and the mattress can be very heavy when I'm changing the sheets. I love the support of the springs. The weight of the mattress is my only con but as far as comfort and quality I'm super happy! I don't see myself changing this mattress any time soon definitely will stick to the sterns and tempur family for my sleep needs. I plan to add a adjustable base in the future, been thinking about it . Great mattress

have owned a few S&F but this one hasn't lasted very long as far as sagging in the middle. I have to get a new mattress quickly as my back is hurting. If I sleep at a nice Hotel, I feel great and have no back pain. Sorry S&F, I paid allot or this mattress and expected it to last longer. the tag states Dina Pammill was the Master Craftsman made in Indiana and also has Eileen Leigh name on it along with the number 5691. I had to become a side sleeper due to my CPAP and sleep apnea and developed a sore neck and shoulder on my previous firm mattress (which was perfect for my back sleeping comfort). The Lux Estate is now my perfect mattress....so comfortable, supportive and relieves all my pressure points! Better sleep, less waking up, less apnea events. It is a wonderful mattress!

This is a replacement mattress, and it has the same problem as the previous one. it sinks where we lie. I weigh 175 and my wife 142 so that should not be an issue. We have requested another replacement but the requirements from Ashley furniture exceed our physical abilities ages 84 and 80) such as photographing the label and 360-degree photos of the matress. We had a Sterns and Foster double pillow top for years with no problem This matrass is substandard and not as good as a $500 matress that it replaced. So sorry we did it, we are just stuck with it since we have no clear path to fix the problem.

When we returned to the mattress store the new line of Stearns and Foster had just arrived and we chose the new pillow top Lux line. We knew the first night it was the right choice. We are very happy with our new Stearns & Foster.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress proved to be excellent for my back. I was skeptical for the ultra firmness but it proved that this is what I wanted. I do not use a spring box and I have it on the floor (sleep with my 2yr son). It helped my back pain disappear and it is highly recommended if you are sleeping on your back. Granted, I'm not able to sleep on my stomach any more but I do not care. It is a thick mattress that adds several inches clearance from the ground. Sitting on the edge doesn't create an issue i.e. it doesn't sank in. It may take a couple of days to adjust to it but I will never go back.

The lux estate soft pillowtop sleeps incredibly hot. I'm not a naturally hot sleeper but on this mattress I have felt like I sleep in a sauna. Also, as a strict side sleeper, I need a plush feel. This mattress is more of a medium feel; not soft/plush.
