This is our second Member’s Mark mattress. I’ve been referred to as Goldilocks by my husband because of how many mattresses I haven’t liked. This was is just right!

Our daughter graduated from college and moved out so we gave her all the furniture in her room. We were going to buy an air mattress for temporary use for guests but decided to get this mattress for them during the holidays. Everyone who slept on it commented on how comfortable it is. Definitely a good purchase and can now become permanent for guests visiting over the next few years.

Very surprised with the comfort level from "bed in a box". Once it was removed from the box and left to rea h its full form and shape- about 20m- it was very comfortable and provided a great nights sleep. Purchased the matching platform also and was able to get that set up in minutes. All in all, for around $600, its a great value.

Absolutely love! It arrived in an easy to handle box (little heavy but manageable). Packaging was great but you need to have your mattress where you want it before you start unpacking. As soon as you start unwrapping your mattress is going to continue to increase in size. It’s so comfortable and it has the cooling fabric. Highly recommend! We are now replacing all our mattress with this type.

Our guest reported that this mattress was very comfortable. For the price (about $300 for full-size) it appears to be an excellent value and I was able to pick it up and transport it by myself (comes in a rectangular box). Just needed help getting it upstairs.

We purchased this mattress to replace the Sealy Posturepedic mattress that was twice the cost and didn’t even last a year before sagging. We’ve had this one for close to a month and love it to this point. It did take a few nights to “break in” as other reviews have mentioned, but it is NOT hard as a rock as other reviews have said. I will return to this review when we get to the year mark and update it about the mattress durability.

The mattress we ordered is a little too rigid for my wife's liking... I think the plush would have been better for her comfort, but it wasn't available at the time. As for me, I can sleep on a rock, if I'm tired enough... I sleep just fine on the medium.

This mattress is fabulous. I ordered these for our Airbnb property and people have told me they’ve never slept as good as they did until this bed. I went ahead and bought some to replace mattresses at home as well. It’s sooo comfortable and you can’t beat the price.

Sooo, we have had a 20 year old mattress that we bought used because we were on a very tight budget back then. I was debating on whether to buy a nice used mattress for a couple hundred or a “mattress in a box”. My husband talked me out of it after the whole, “what if there are bedbugs in it “ conversation. UGH!! Honestly, we had a bad experience buying a mattress in a box from another site and after only 6 months, it left a “body print” in the mattress. So needless to say, I was weary about buying one. But I checked the reviews and couldn’t believe the positive feedback on this one! We have slept on this Queen-sized mattress for 2 nights and it is a game changer! We bought the firm one on sale for $299. It supports you so well and you can sit on the edge of your bed without falling off. My husband has not slept in our bed in 2 years because of peripheral neuropathy pain. He slept in it last night and loved it. A little side note. Do what the directions tell you to do. When you open it, let it sit flat for at least 48 HOURS! Do not try it out or it will warp it. We let ours sit for 72 hours just in case. All in all, I have zero regret for spending $300 on this. It was definitely worth every penny! On a side note, we had bought the twin-sized version of this one for our son’s loft bed and he loves his. It is a medium firm.

It's been a little over a year and we absolutely love this mattress. Putting on fitted sheets can take a little effort because of the weight, but no other complaints. Waking with no dull lower back pain was our primary goal and this firm mattress is the perfect for us!
